all in order. You have to be at

Frequently asked questions
Clubby uses direct deposit to pay partners, so a valid checking account, routing or IBAN, and billing address are required. During registration, you’ll add your bank information and billing address in order to get paid via the app. Savings accounts, prepaid debit cards, and reloadable bank cards aren’t valid, even if they accept direct deposits. We take protecting your personal information seriously and use the latest encryption technologies available to do so. Your information will never be shared with third parties and is for internal use only.
Clients can give you tips after you successfully complete service by adding one to the final invoice. They can do this via the Clubby app or give you a cash tip. The service doesn’t include a tipping fee.
Your payment will typically deposit to your bank account weekly all Fridays. If a payment is delayed, please allow at least 2 business days before reaching out to Customer Support.
Partners are independent contractors and not employees of Clubby. As independent contractors, Partners have the flexibility to set their own schedules and work areas.
For some services such as companionship and house chores a vehicle is not necessary, but for services such as transportation and running errands will be requested and verified. It will be expected to be washed, vacuumed, and aired out before your visits. It is important our Clubby members feel in a welcoming and healthy environment.
Processing time may vary, but most registrants can begin within five business days of finishing registration. You’ll receive a notification once your registration is processed. If we need additional information from you to process your registration, we will reach out.
